  • WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

    A subscription box is a recurring delivery of products. We curate a collection of unique and beautiful items embodying social consciousness and we deliver them to your doorstep every quarter(Dec, March, June, September).

    We have two types of plans you can choose from – a Quarter Plan or an Annual Plan. For the Quarter Plan, you pay for each box (and shipping) quarterly and you can cancel your subscription any time before the next billing period. For the Annual Plan, you pay for 4 boxes (and shipping) and if you cancel your subscription, your subscription will only stop after the boxes you’ve paid for.

  • I JUST SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION! WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY BOX?

    Welcome to the #sondercircle!

    In each box, you will receive six full-sized premium lifestyle goodies that can range from food, homewares, fashion, art, beauty, to books and more. These items come from different brands that are focused on ethical and sustainable production. Each box is a themed curation.

    The current box is centered around “Gratitude”. There will be something for your living space, your kitchen, and your work desk. Gratitude will also fill your tummy and keep you chic and warm during those colder days and nights.

  • CAN I GET JUST ONE BOX?

    Of course you can! Simply opt for the quarter subscription to get your first box, then pause or cancel your subscription in your account before the next billing cycle! We would be sad to see you leave the #sondercircle but we do understand and hope to see you again soon!

  • Payment

  • WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    You will be billed right away to reserve your membership and first box.

    After that, all quarterly subscribers will be billed on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October until the membership is paused or cancelled. Annual subscribers are charged again one year later—on the first day of the fifth quarter of the subscription cycle. For instance, if the first box you receive is in December 2017, you will be billed on 1 October 2018.

  • CAN I GET A REFUND?

    Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes we do! We ship worldwide so you can get your box wherever you are!

  • DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

    We offer free shipping within Singapore and Malaysia. For all shipments outside of Singapore and Malaysia, there will be an additional cost for each seasonal box that will be charged at payment. You can check the shipping cost to your country at the payment page.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?

    We ship out within the first two weeks of March, June, September, and December. You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped and it will include a tracking link!

  • Exchanges

  • I THINK MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

    Many sustainable brands produce handmade products that will not mirror the perfection of factory production. Not all items will look the same, and they are subject to slight variations.

    While all sales are final and we do not allow returns or exchanges of products, we know there are exceptions and you may have received a damaged product. If this happens to you, please contact us at [email protected] within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. We may offer any refunds or replacements solely in our discretion.

  • Cancellations

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    You can cancel your subscription through your account. Simply login and navigate to your subscription plan to cancel.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    If you choose a quarter subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. As a quarterly subscriber, you are billed at the time of purchase, and then on the exact date for subsequent quarter. For instance, if you were to subscribe on 1st October, you will be billed on the 1st of subsequent quarter (January, April, and July). To avoid receiving the next box, your subscription must be cancelled or paused anytime before these dates.

    If you are an annual subscriber, you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime before your 12-month billing cycle renews. However, the annual subscription cancellation requests are made effective only at end of the annual term.
