Who are we?

Sonder Social is a one-stop shop and gifting service for all things ethical and sustainable with an Asia Pacific impact that focuses on curating collections and products from socially conscious enterprises. 

The idea was born out of a shared passion to foster positive impact through a conscious consumer lifestyle. Our journeys around Asia Pacific have introduced us to the growing impact-driven enterprises that care beyond profit, and we want to nurture in everyone mindful shopping habits that give back to the community.

How do we work?

We reveal new curated gift boxes of premium and socially responsible lifestyle products at least 4 times a year. It’s the perfect collection to a staple of ethical and sustainable products without the hassle of searching high and low to support the industry.

Each box is carefully crafted for a conscious journey. Explore fair trade and eco- friendliness, then deep dive in sustainability and slow fashion. From the recyclable box and biodegradable fillers to the theme and goodies within, every element that forms the Sonder Social box is a reflection of a more thoughtful and caring retail experience.

What is special about a curated collection?

Each of these collections, come in a Sonder Social Kraft gift box. Your socially conscious goodies are also laid on top of wood shavings from upcycled wood to save trees. Plus shipping is free for Singapore and Malaysia!

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping within Singapore and Malaysia for our curated collections and a flat shipping fee of USD $5 for all other purchases. For purchases over USD $50, it will also be free shipping!

For all shipments outside of Singapore and Malaysia, there will be an additional cost for all purchases that will be charged at payment. You can check the shipping cost to your country at the payment page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide so you can get your #SeriouslyConscious gifts wherever you or the person you are gifting it to are!

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

I think my item is damaged, can I get an exchange?

Many sustainable brands produce handmade products that will not mirror the perfection of factory production. Not all items will look the same, and they are subject to slight variations.

While all sales are final and we do not allow returns or exchanges of products, we know there are exceptions and you may have received a damaged product. If this happens to you, please contact us at [email protected] within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. We may offer any refunds or replacements solely in our discretion.
