BaliWISE believes sustainable communities is possible through the inclusion of women. They work closely with orphanages and referrals from the education department to identify young women who can benefit from their 6-month skills education course designed to equip them with basic life skills and vocational work in Bali’s thriving hospitality industry. By empowering women, their graduates were able to send up to 70% of their income to fund their families, from providing medical support and food to putting brothers and sisters through schools and colleges.
